We had an amazing training at my house in Toronto on Saturday.  We signed up another 8 people on myevolvsystem.   We had 60 people that learned to use the internet to capture leads.  They all bought URLs and pointed them to their sales funnel.  People who have never worked online are amazed at how easy it is.

In Toronto we are doing training and Business Presentations in my house twice a week at night and once a week during the afternoon.  I would suggest the same method of operation for all of you leaders in your home market.

On Tuesday here is the schedule:

5:30 pm til 7 pm
– Procurement Training (how to get leads)  Big focus on myevolvsystem.  Teaching people how to set it up, use the warm market list and use the sales funnel to direct local traffic in backyard

7:30 pm til 9 pm Business Opportunity Training

Saturday Scedule:

9:30 am til 10 am – Business Opportunity meeting conducted by top leaders

10:30 am til 1 pm Procurement training (as stated above) plus leadership training.

In order to make full time money in ELT, you have to decide to become a leader.  Decide to become the leader in your market and start doing regular meetings.  Even if your Biz Opp meetings and trainings only start with you and a friend.  That is the way we all start.  On Aug 1st, I started a new team with one friend, now there are over 300 people in less then 6 weeks with Brent Hicks coming on Thursday night with an expected crowd of over 200 people.

All ELTs top leaders started their business with a trip to Dallas to the Home Office where they personally met Trey White, Brent Hicks, Justin White, Dr Anne Bodak-Smith and developed their own story.  We have watched the business grow and realized that someone who flies themselves down to Dallas during the evaluation process or just after they join is 75% more likely to go to work and build a business with EvolvHealth.

It was on this premise that we have started a regular fly in program so that it gives everyone a chance to start with the same explosion.  By taking part in the Fly In program, you get to meet the team, develop your own story and build your own belief.  We all are building “Home Businesses” in our local markets and a lot of the time, our only connection to the team and the realness of the business is on a conference call.  A lot of people never get started in Network Marketing because the business never becomes real to them.

When prospects ask us how much does it cost for join EvolvHealth the best way, we always say approx $1200.00.  It costs approx $600 for your director pack and business building tools that you buy upfront and approx $600 to pay your way to our next orientation trip (AKA: the Fly In).  Explain to them that whenever you start a franchise today you have to pay for your own trip to the orientation.  With franchises these orientations with flights, hotels, food and fees normally costs thousands of dollars.  Our orientation fly in literally is only your flights, 2 nights in hotel and your meals.  It is a huge investment in your own success.

In any month that we do not have a Leadership conference schedule, there will be a fly in.

All of the top leaders make it part of their routine to come on the fly ins.  If you are Executive Director or above, there is a special meeting on Tuesday morning with the Management team.

If you are planning to come on the next fly in or encouraging your prospects to, then make sure to book your flights so that you arrive in Dallas no later than 5 pm Central time at DFW airport, on Sunday June 27th.   You should book your return flight for any time Tuesday June 29th that you see fit.  The Fly in is only Sunday night and all day Monday.

Lunch will be provided

We will do a walking tour of Trey’s property

We will move back to the hotel and attend a full presentation on the ELT model with a Q&A session with ELT founding members

Don’t Forget to build your local market

Well first and foremost congratulations on an incredible first 5 weeks with EvolvHealth.  The EvolvLife Team has grown to over 450 Members in Canada, USA, PR & Mexico in the first 5 weeks.  That is incredible.  To put that achievement into perspective, it is as fast as my last business grew in the first 4 weeks.  My last business grew to over 100,000 distributors and 80 customers in the first 3 years.  That is amazing.

I wanted to remind everyone to make sure that you spend some time building in your local market.  It is the backbone of your business.  I think the name home based business is the wrong name for what we do, because if you are going to make money in this business, you have to get out of the home.  If you look back to your best experiences in the network marketing industry, it came from a combination of working the internet/phones and getting out and building local leadership.

There is nothing that replaces getting out the belly to belly and getting to know people.  When you build locally, it gives you a chance to really quickly build trust and confidence.  When you start driving around with your new leader and he/she gets to see you in action, it is only then that they will take action themselves.  So many people that have  ”been around the block”, “got the t-shirt”, “been burned out by a company” try to do it just one the phone.  It dosn’t work the same.  You have to do both.  

I have been home from convention for 2 days, tomorrow i am heading up to Stouville, about 40 minutes from my house.  I am going to be enrolling 4 new leaders into the business and helping them to put their list together.  We are going to be booking our Private Evolv Reception (PER) and getting to work.  You have to do this.  Everyone thinks that they can work it faster by sitting on the phone and calling networkers.  That is crazy.  It dosnt work that way.

Think about when you first joined the Profession, how excited you were.  Your first experiences were when your sponsor or upline went to work with you.  You drove around together, you met for coffee, you had fun, you did one on ones together.  Ahhhhh, the old flip chart.   Don’t deprive your new leader of that chance to start right!

Imagine if every leader in ELT actively worked their local market at the same time as they work the phone.  Wow!  We would already have meetings going on in 20 cities.  ”You have to get out their and show the plan” as they say in the big “A”.

Take control of your business and your local market.

Next EvolvLife Team Corporate Fly In May 2-4, 2010

 

Hi Leaders,

The fly in for May will be May 2nd, 3rd & 4th.  The fly in will be back at the Le Meridien.  

We will fly in on May 2nd Sunday afternoon.  We will have our team meeting with comp plan review and meet and greet from 7 pm til 10 pm.

On Monday morning we will be going to trey white’s house at 9 am.  Then to the office at 1 pm.  Dinner at 7 pm.

The guests will fly out on Tuesday morning.

All top elt leaders (regional executive and above) are asked to fly out Tuesday afternoon after 3 pm as there will be an RE and above private meeting with EvolvHealth Corporate Executives and owenrs.

At each and every fly in there will be a private meeting on Tuesday mornings.  All top ELT leaders are encouraged to come to each fly in and stay connected to the team and the company.

The threshold for the next fly in will be increased due to the size of the team.

There will be 30 people completely flown in by the company  (the minimum threshold for the next fly in is that the candidate has to be able to prove that they have earned over $7500 per month for 3 straight months in the past 5 years).  20 people who can prove that they have earned over $5000 per month can have their hotels paid for.

We are encouraging you to encourage anyone that is evaluating the business that even if they do not meet the criteria to fly themselves in and be a part of the event.  Special hotel rates and codes will be given out soon.

Anyone who is starting a serious business with EvolvHealth and ELT should come down to take a look, whether as part of an evaluation or building belief to get things started.
